Features of Machine:
1 adopts patent output long filling valves with mechanism system and Co2 full replacement of air in PET Bottle, which can effectively reduce oxygen quantity inside the bottle.
2 Adopts lifting hi-effective spray nozzles to rinse the interior of PET bottle with great saving of water.
3 The whole transfer process adopts stainless steel neck gripper. Main machine in-feds bottles by air conveyor and in-fed star-wheel to rinser, and at the same time the neck-grippers transfer bottles inside the 3in1machine, providing convenience of changing different sized bottles without change-over parts and time consumption.
4 Filling lever and pressure are controlled by visual level probe and precise adjust valves. 5 Patent designed high effective magnet screw capping head is with high accuracy: 99.8%.
6 The machine is with high pressure foam device which can reduce the air
7 The whole machine is with lubricating system for lubricating certain points automatically and conveniently.
